Description

When your diesel starts taking forever to warm up on cold mornings or seems sluggish even after you've been running it for a while, there's a good chance your thermostat has given up the ghost. A failed thermostat doesn't just affect comfort in the cab—it costs you fuel, increases engine wear, and can even lead to oil contamination from excessive condensation. This replacement thermostat with gasket keeps your 1100cc diesel running at the right temperature for maximum efficiency and longevity.

What You're Getting

  • Precise temperature control prevents overcooling that wastes fuel and increases engine wear
  • High-quality wax pellet mechanism opens and closes reliably at the proper temperature
  • Includes new gasket for leak-free installation—no need to hunt down the right seal separately
  • Direct replacement design fits properly without modifications or adapters
  • Corrosion-resistant construction handles the harsh environment under the hood

Built for Real Farm Work

This thermostat is designed for 1100cc diesel engines commonly found in compact and utility tractors used around farms, ranches, and construction sites. Whether you're using your tractor for loader work, mowing, or light tillage, maintaining proper engine temperature is critical for reliable operation and long engine life.

Made to Last

Farm equipment operates in tough conditions—dust, vibration, temperature swings, and long hours of operation. This thermostat uses modern materials and construction techniques to handle everything your engine throws at it, maintaining accurate temperature control season after season.

Good to Know

Before installation, drain coolant below the thermostat housing level and clean all gasket surfaces thoroughly. The thermostat has a specific orientation—the spring side faces the engine, with the wax pellet toward the radiator. Installing it backward blocks coolant flow completely. After installation, fill the cooling system slowly to prevent air pockets and run with the radiator cap loose until the thermostat opens before topping off.
