    Description

When your disc blades start looking more like smooth plates than cutting tools, it's time to replace them before your tillage suffers. This 20-inch smooth disc blade gives you the clean cutting and soil finishing you need for proper seedbed preparation. Whether you're working corn stalks, breaking up compacted areas, or finishing fields before planting, a sharp blade makes all the difference between doing the job right and just moving dirt around.

    What You're Getting

    • Boron 15B26 steel construction with 46-52 Rockwell hardness - maintains a sharp edge through tough conditions without becoming brittle
    • 1.88-inch standard concavity throws soil properly for good mixing and residue burial
    • 3/16-inch thickness provides the right balance of durability and cutting performance
    • Single punch hole design fits 1-1/2 inch round axles with proper spacing
    • Smooth edge works best for finishing passes and lighter residue conditions

    Built for Real Farm Work

This blade fits standard disc harrows using 1-1/2 inch round axles - a common setup on many mid-size tillage tools. It's designed for farmers working moderate residue conditions where you need clean cutting without the aggressive action of notched blades. Perfect for secondary tillage, seedbed finishing, and working ground that doesn't have heavy corn stalks or thick residue.

    Made to Last

The Boron steel construction holds an edge through acres of tough tillage while staying tough enough not to shatter when you hit that hidden rock. No fancy coatings here - just quality steel that works. The 3/16-inch thickness gives you plenty of service life while keeping the blade light enough for good soil penetration.

    Installation Notes

Never mix worn and new blades on the same gang - the diameter difference creates uneven cutting that leaves mohawk strips. Check your spool spacing when replacing blades, and make sure the mounting hole isn't wallowed out from wear. A loose blade will wobble and wear prematurely, costing you money in the long run.
