Description
When you're managing irrigation gates or cleaning out ditches, you need a shovel that won't let you down when things get tough. This premium rice shovel features a forged steel head that's built to handle wet, sticky conditions and heavy use without bending or breaking like cheaper stamped steel alternatives.
What You're Getting
- Forged steel head construction that outlasts stamped steel versions and handles heavy clay or mud
- 48-inch hardwood handle gives you the leverage needed for irrigation work and ditch cleaning
- AgSmart quality that stands up to daily farm use, season after season
- Premium build at a reasonable price—you'll notice the difference right away
Built for Real Farm Work
This shovel is designed specifically for rice farming and irrigation management, but it's just as handy for general farm drainage work, pond maintenance, and anywhere you need to move wet material or work in tight spaces around gates and structures.
Made to Last
The forged steel head makes all the difference when you're dealing with compacted soil or debris around irrigation systems. Unlike stamped steel that can crack or bend under pressure, this forged construction keeps its edge and shape through years of hard use.
Good to Know
The 48-inch handle length is perfect for most irrigation work—long enough to give you good leverage without being unwieldy in tight spots. If you prefer a lighter option for occasional use, the economy version with stamped steel is available, but this forged steel model is worth the extra investment if you use it regularly.
