Installation Notes
This is a direct replacement filter that spins on just like your original. Before installing, make sure the filter base is clean and the gasket surface is free of old filter material. Apply a thin coat of clean diesel to the new gasket, hand-tighten until the gasket contacts the base, then turn an additional 3/4 turn. Don't forget to prime the system and check for leaks before putting the equipment back to work.
