Description
When your equipment starts running rough or loses power, there's a good chance contaminated fuel is making its way to your engine. Diesel fuel picks up water, dirt, and debris sitting in tanks, and that stuff will wreak havoc on your injection system if it gets through. This Baldwin BF614 fuel filter catches those contaminants before they can cause expensive damage to pumps and injectors that cost thousands to replace.

The filter media is designed to handle contaminated fuel while the sturdy construction stands up to engine vibration, pressure spikes, and temperature swings that come with heavy equipment operation. You're getting OEM-quality filtration that protects your investment in expensive fuel system components.
Installation Notes
This is a direct replacement that threads on just like your original filter. Apply a thin coat of clean diesel fuel to the gasket before installation, then hand-tighten until the gasket contacts the mounting surface plus three-quarters turn. Don't over-tighten as it can damage the gasket and cause leaks. Prime the system according to your operator's manual after installation to purge any air.
