Good to Know
This is a spin-on design that threads directly onto your existing hydraulic filter base. Apply a thin film of clean hydraulic fluid to the gasket before installation, then hand-tighten until the gasket contacts the mounting surface plus an additional 3/4 turn. Don't over-tighten as this can damage the gasket and cause leaks.
