Installation Notes
This is a direct spin-on replacement that threads right onto your existing filter base. Before installing, apply a thin film of clean hydraulic fluid to the gasket, then hand-tighten about three-quarters turn after the gasket contacts the base. Over-tightening can damage the gasket and cause leaks.
