Description
When you're grading roads or moving dirt with your motor grader, the last thing you need is hydraulic system problems shutting down your operation. Baldwin filters are engineered to handle the pressure spikes, temperature swings, and contaminant loads that come with real-world hydraulic work. This spin-on hydraulic filter keeps your grader's blade, scarifier, and cab tilt functions operating smoothly by removing the particles and debris that can damage expensive hydraulic pumps, valves, and cylinders.
What You're Getting
- 7 15/32 inch length with 4 13/16 inch outer diameter provides ample filtration capacity for heavy-duty equipment
- 1 1/2 - 16 thread size for direct replacement without modifications or adapters
- Filtration media captures particles and debris before they can damage sensitive hydraulic components
- Quality Baldwin construction that holds up to the demanding work cycles of road grading and earthmoving
- Spin-on design makes filter changes quick and straightforward during routine maintenance
Built for Heavy-Duty Grading Work
Motor graders put their hydraulic systems through serious workouts, whether you're maintaining county roads, building construction pads, or finishing agricultural terraces. The constant blade adjustments, scarifier operation, and articulation put continuous demand on hydraulic components. Clean fluid keeps everything responding precisely when you need to make those fine adjustments for proper grade and crown.
Made to Last
Baldwin filters are engineered to handle the pressure spikes, temperature swings, and contaminant loads that come with real-world hydraulic work. The sturdy housing withstands the vibration and stress of motor grader operation, while the reliable seal prevents bypass and maintains proper filtration even under demanding conditions.
Installation Notes
Install this filter in the same location as your original Baldwin filter. Clean the filter base thoroughly before threading on the new filter, and hand-tighten until the gasket contacts the base, then turn an additional three-quarters turn. Don't over-tighten—it can damage the gasket and cause leaks. Check your operator's manual for proper change intervals based on operating hours and conditions.
