Hurricane Auger
Designed with 3/4" steel and a 3/8" thick tube, this is the most rugged and reliable auger. Three knife styles and multiple mounting options provide the versatility to process any type of feed. Additionally, there is virtually no gap between the floor and the stainless steel lead edge of the sweep, dramatically reducing horsepower and maximizing clean-out.
Adaptability
Optional conveyers equipped with the heaviest cast chain in the industry are built for durability and are customizable to fit your individual needs. Additionally, our mixers include an overpass that allows for safe passage from one side to the other and provide a platform to monitor the process. Models above 600 cu ft include off-road suspension to reduce wear and tear on the mixer and tractor.
Tub Design
The tub is designed with straight walls to reduce compaction and over-processing of your feed. Large rear and front doors allow efficient unloading and complete clean-out. All tub floors are constructed from a solid piece of acid-resistant steel. For increased durability, tubs can be lined with stainless steel to provide an average 10 years of life to mixers used in very wet feed conditions.
