Shipping and Return Policy

Orders received before 3:00 pm Eastern Time ship the same day if the items are in stock in Ohio. Delivery time is normally 2 - 4 business days using UPS Ground. If the items aren't in the Ohio warehouse delivery time is normally 6-10 days.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri during normal business hours.

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original delivery date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. Returns of electrical items are not allowed.
